Q: Is yoga for me?
A: Anyone can do yoga. Come to a class and check it out. All classes are multi-level, so beginners are very welcome. You don't have to be flexible or fit to do yoga. We use props to adjust poses to meet individual needs.

Q: Do I need to bring a sticky mat?
A: No, we provide sticky mats and all other props you might need. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own mat if you would like.
